I'm a huge fan of Conan O'Brien, whom I've been watching since he came on the air back around 1995. I used to hang out with my best friend Rene, after we got out of work on second shift at Staples Distribution. We'd drive down to his fire house in Danielson, and we'd throw on Conan, and hang out with a bunch of people playing pitch, or what some may call High, Low, Jack, Game. It was a sad day when Andy Richter left the show. He was much like Johnny Carson's Ed MacMann, or Dave Letterman's Paul Shaefer...
But I've come to love the many characters that they've developed over the years, along with their wacky sense of humor, that reminds me of Monty Python or the Naked Gun movies...
I sincerely hope that when he takes over Jay Leno's spot, that he doesn't change one bit of the show. If he does, I think he'll lose a lot of his fanbase, that's come to know and love the show, and watch it religously. Hopefully, it'll stay the same, and be able to obtain more regular viewers who normally go to bed before 12:30 am.
